At JA Rising Men, I had the honor of serving as both a panelist and mentor, speaking with young men about confidence, character, and resilience. From guiding them through The Elevator Pitch of You to teaching symbolic skills like tying a tie, I saw reflections of my younger self in their faces. Hearing Dr. Stefan Bean’s inspiring keynote and watching these students step into their confidence reminded me why the Junior Achievement mission is so personal to me. This program offers the mentorship and direction I once needed. I am grateful for our partnership between Worn & Driven and Junior Achievement of Orange County and Inland Empire, and for everyone who helped inspire the next generation of leaders.

Few people blend passion, precision, and purpose like Ondar Tarlow. From his early love of design sparked by Goldfinger to leading major marketing partnerships in LA, Ondar’s journey reflects a lifelong devotion to craftsmanship and performance.
As a founding member and now co-owner of Fast Lane Drive Orange County, he’s helped shape the chapter’s identity, prioritizing culture, authenticity, and meaningful connection above all else. His Porsche collection, capped by his Lava Orange GT3 RS, mirrors his philosophy: every machine marks a moment, every drive tells a story.

Where Passion Becomes Precision
Step inside Motorsport Exotica, and you’ll understand immediately that this isn’t just a performance shop, it’s a living organism, pulsing with the rhythm of combustion and the hum of perfection. Every story has a spark. For Deb Pollack, that spark ignited the moment she watched her father shift gears in a 1 963 Gulf Blue Volkswagen Beetle on the quiet streets of upstate New York. It wasn’t the car’s horsepower that fascinated her, it was the rhythm, the connection between human and machine. “I was mesmerized,” she recalls. “I thought it was the greatest car in the world.”

“Precision isn’t just part of my profession, it’s my philosophy.”
— Dr. Izu Okpara

The event, Willow Springs Reimagined, marked the beginning of a new era for one of California’s most legendary tracks. On display were icons from the Petersen Automotive Museum and Singer Vehicle Design, joined by specialty vendors, curated car displays, and exclusive merchandise drops. Each corner of the paddock buzzed with stories, restorations completed, lap times chased, and watches worn through decades of drive.
Willow Springs Reimagined wasn’t merely about celebrating the past; it was about driving into the future, and Worn & Driven was there to capture every second.

“Slow is fast. The guy who takes a car apart the slowest always puts it back together the best.” — Robbie Berman
There’s a quiet discipline in people who build their own path. For Robbie Berman, that path started with grease under his nails and a relentless curiosity about how things work. At thirteen, he was fixing minibikes and soda machines. By his twenties, he was the youngest technician at a Volkswagen dealership, introducing repair methods that seasoned mechanics soon copied. In 1983, he opened his own collision-and-mechanical repair shop — one that grew into a nationally recognized business before he sold it to a larger chain.
From Stories Shared to a Movement Born
One year ago today, a simple evening with my Fast Lane Drive family became the spark for something much bigger.
We gathered casually — friends united by a shared passion for cars and timepieces. The night began with conversations, laughter, and of course, wrists and engines on display. But what stood out most was not the horsepower or the price tags. It was the stories.
Signature Experience at the private, members-only Magic Castle Hollywood was truly unforgettable. Hosted by Jonathan Franklin Law Firm and Yan Goldstein Spartan Law Firm, this exclusive gathering offered our guests something truly unique — a night of magic, elegance, and unforgettable memories.

Quinsee Beach moves through the worlds of cars, watches, and leadership with a confidence that is never performative. Her collection is not about accumulation, but intention.
